Using the site
You can use the site to learn about our services, read our guides and use our free tools. Please don't:
- try to get around the usage limits on the free tools, including by using lots of email addresses or automated scripts;
- scrape, copy in bulk or resell the site's content or tools;
- upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you don't have the right to share;
- try to interfere with how the site works or its security.
We may limit or block access if we think someone is misusing the site.
The free profile check
The profile check gives an automated score and suggestions based only on the screenshots you upload. It's general guidance, not a guarantee of results, and it can occasionally misread a screenshot.
- It's one free check per person.
- Only upload screenshots of your own LinkedIn profile, or one you have permission to share.
- We don't keep your screenshots. See our privacy notice for what we do keep.
The free writing tools
The hook builder, idea engine and story inspiration use AI to suggest starting points. They can get things wrong. Treat what they give you as inspiration, check it, and rewrite it in your own words before you post. You're responsible for what you publish.
You keep any rights you have in what you type in, and you're free to use the suggestions however you like.
The email course and guide
10 posts in 10 days and the profile guide are free. The example posts in the course are illustrations, not real people. You can unsubscribe from the course at any time using the link in any email.
Our content
The site's design, text, guides, course and tools belong to us or the people we've licensed them from. You can share links and quote short extracts with credit, but please don't republish our content as your own.
Profiles shown on our work pages are shared with our clients' permission.
Working with us
Applying through the site doesn't create a contract. If we work together, our services, fees and responsibilities are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over anything on this site. Prices on the site may change, and we'll always confirm the price before you commit.
We work hard to get our clients results, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes on LinkedIn, such as a number of calls, clients or followers.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including LinkedIn. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Our liability
We provide the site and free tools as they are, without promises that they'll always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or the free tools, including lost profits or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
